We can never know in advance and even after an inquisition we have no further facts, merely statements and suppositions which often conflict and just clutter the comments. In the best case you can actually read what is on there, in the worst case it is rotated and maybe even in some cursive handwriting that only people who actually learned to write this way can decipher. While that is not always possible because we are just humans, we cannot base closing on this subjectivity. As another thing, exchange is also something that does not fit this site at all.
